Printing PDF Documents

One common issue is printing PDF documents viewed from a Web site. Since Acrobat Reader is operating within the browser window, the browser print button does not work. Instead, use the print button within Acrobat.

Changing Text Size

To change the text size you may use the font-sizer buttons at the bottom of each page; to increase to decrease and to reset text size.

As an alternative you can change the settings in your Web browser to increase or decrease the size of the text that appears on your screen.

Internet Explorer:

On the Tools menu in Internet Explorer, click Internet Options.
On the General tab, click Accessibility.
Place a check mark next to "Ignore Font Sizes Specified on Web Pages."
Next go to the View menu at the top of the screen and select Text Size. Try each of the five options (Largest, Larger, Medium, Smaller, and Smallest) to choose the one that is most comfortable to view.

Netscape Communicator:
Go to the View menu and select Increase Font or Text Zoom. Select this until the text reaches a size that is comfortable for you to view.

Streaming Video

Some features on our site provide streaming video right to your desktop. Streaming Video may be viewed with Windows Media Player 9.0 . If you don't have the most recent version of Windows Media Player on your computer you may download it free from the Microsoft website.

Note to MAC users: Members should be able to view the video broadcasts on a MAC with limited functionality. The video should play and the slides should change at the appropriate times, but the seek functionality is not available on a MAC
platform. The reason that the functionality is limited is due to the fact that MAC does not suppport ActiveX controls which are the basis of our technology.
